We work from high street jeweller ring sizes, so it is always better to have your ring size professionally measured or you can use our ring size service.
We take no responsibility if the ring is the wrong size as we work by the measurements you give us and the ring is bespoke.
We heavily inspect the jewellery and returns will not be accepted if you scratch or dent the ring once it is with you.
We only accept returns if the ring is faulty by way of defective metal.
