Order Cancellation

 If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible since we begin crafting your bespoke piece within a few days. Contact us at LumoBlue@gmail.com to initiate the cancellation process.

Ring Sizing 

At LumoBlue, we work with high street jeweller ring sizes and have an informative blog post and sizing chart regarding this. To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend getting your ring size professionally measured or purchasing a ring gauge before placing an order.  You can post the gauge/s to us and gauges will be returned with your order.

Bespoke Handmade Items

 Please be aware that each of our rings is meticulously handcrafted to your specifications, making it truly unique and special. We take pride in creating custom pieces tailored to your preferences. As a result, we request customers to double-check their provided measurements before confirming the order, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizes.

Returns Policy

 At LumoBlue, we conduct a thorough inspection of our jewellery before dispatch. As such, returns will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or faulty metal. We cannot accept returns if the ring has been scratched or dented once it is in your possession.

Shipping Information 

All rings are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery, ensuring secure and reliable delivery. As each piece is handmade with attention to detail, it typically takes approximately 14-16 days to create your unique ring. Once crafted, standard delivery usually takes 1 -2 days, unless you opt for express shipping at checkout, in which case delivery will be within 7 days.
